Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
